What an Ass
I find it slightly worrying that many of the country's leading law firms, who purport to advise large corporations on employment issues, don't even seem to know how to produce an application form that is in full compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act.

Yes. Not entirely a surprise. But, yes.
Lady Bracknell would use a rather stronger description than "slightly worrying".
She is currently torn between "utterly disgraceful" and "depressingly predictable".
Well, I'm trying to be optimistic. A lot of the most corrupt employers have absolutely flawless 'best practice' application forms so maybe it is a good thing. In some ways, it would worry me more as a potential client than as a potential employee.
